It's amazing what people insist on doing to themselves.
In the interest of "good taste" and limited server space, I won't post foreign body radiographs here. Rather, there are quite a few other sites that specialize in those kinds of images. Suffice it to say, however, that if a patient presents to you saying, "I was on a chair, changing a lightbulb and I fell and the wierdest thing happened to me...", or "I slipped getting out of the shower and...," take it with a grain of salt.
